No conf\u00edas ni crees en ti mismx, lo cu\u00e1l te hace sentir insegurx a la hora de tomar decisiones. Crees continuamente que aquello bueno que has conseguido no lo mereces y con lo cu\u00e1l puede desaparecer en cualquier momento. Vives en la cont\u00ednua incertidumbre, ya que temes que se den cuenta de qui\u00e9n eres en realidad y te echen del trabajo, rompan la relaci\u00f3n, se alejen de ti, etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">2. Procrastinaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Ese miedo te dificulta justamente hacer lo que debes o te gustar\u00eda hacer. El miedo y los pensamientos negativos provocan inactivaci\u00f3n y entras as\u00ed en un bucle constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3. Incapacidad para reconocer logros<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Crees que todo aquello bueno que haces o que te pasa en realidad no es para tanto, t\u00fa mismx infravaloras tu talento, otorgando todos esos logros al exterior o al azar, mientras que aquello malo, si que es provocado por t\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">4. Di\u00e1logo interno negativo<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Te dejas dominar por pensamientos negativos, por una gran autoexigencia y perfeccionismo. \u201cNo soy suficiente\u201d, \u201cno soy bueno en lo que hago\u201d, \u201cno valgo para nada\u201d. Dejas a ese juez malvado entrar en tu cabeza y dominarte por completo con un di\u00e1logo hacia ti mismx muy autocr\u00edtico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PONLE REMEDIO A ESE JUEZ EN TU CABEZA DE LA SIGUIENTE MANERA:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1. Intenta cambiar tu di\u00e1logo interno<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin duda no es f\u00e1cil, muchas veces los pensamientos negativos te sumergen en lo m\u00e1s profundo y entras en un bucle que es dif\u00edcil de salir, pero como cualquier h\u00e1bito, se necesita pr\u00e1ctica. Seguramente lleves mucho tiempo dej\u00e1ndote llevar por estos pensamientos, hasta el punto de haberse convertido en un h\u00e1bito, una forma de funcionar. Lo importante es que empieces a ser consciente de c\u00f3mo funciona tu cerebro. De qu\u00e9 factores de estr\u00e9s provocan que empieces a caer en estos bucles. Detecta esos pensamientos, para, date cuenta e intenta decirte algo positivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">2. Deporte y alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas actividades como el ejercicio f\u00edsico pueden ayudarte mucho, pues puede ser la manera de parar el bucle de pensamientos negativos. El deporte puede ayudarte a conectar tambi\u00e9n con el presente. Adem\u00e1s, tras hacerlo, las endorfinas que liberar\u00e1s te har\u00e1n sentir mucho mejor y todos aquellos miedos y preocupaciones que ten\u00edas se habr\u00e1n hecho m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os. Si incluyes h\u00e1bitos saludables como la alimentaci\u00f3n, te cuidar\u00e1s por fuera y tambi\u00e9n por dentro, ayud\u00e1ndote a lidiar con aquellos miedos o inquietudes que te atormenten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3.  Socializa y comparte tus preocupaciones o pensamientos<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Tener un entorno con el que contar, expresarte y compartir es esencial para poder lidiar con aquello que pueda preocuparte. Sentirse escuchado y adem\u00e1s afirmar que no eres la \u00fanica persona que lo experimenta, te ayudar\u00e1 a sentirte mejor e incluso buscar soluciones conjuntamente para luchar contra ese s\u00edndrome del impostor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">4. Diario de emociones y logros<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Gana la batalla a esas inseguridades y dificultades a la hora de reconocer tu propia val\u00eda y logros. Intenta ser objetivx. Apunta en alg\u00fan cuaderno o tu propio diario todo aquello que has conseguido, aquello de lo que est\u00e9s orgullosx y otras personas lo est\u00e1n de ti. Puedes apuntar tambi\u00e9n c\u00f3mo te sientes y crear un diario de emociones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">5. Mindfulness<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>La ansiedad, la incertidumbre, la anticipaci\u00f3n parte de estar constantemente pensando en el futuro, de preocuparse por cosas que todav\u00eda no han pasado y que pueden llegar a pasar, o no. Mantente en el presente, m\u00e1rcate objetivos peque\u00f1os. Vive en el \u00fanico momento que existe: el presente.
