Este miedo puede interferir significativamente en la vida diaria, limitando la capacidad de una persona para interactuar con colegas, participar en reuniones o incluso simplemente charlar durante el almuerzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Reconoce los signos de ansiedad social<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.
